Executive Chef
Elie Assaly
Elie Assaly has always loved connecting people through food. Leaving behind a corporate hospitality position to begin his mission of cooking from the heart, Chef Elie, began his adventure with the opening of his flagship food truck, Assaly’s House of Garlic. Inspired by his Lebanese heritage and its vast culinary history, Elie brings a “good food made by good people” approach to everything he sets forth on a plate. His proven knowledge of spice and flavor brings light to dishes, often overlooked. His focus now is to make as many people smile through food as possible.
